I had a car previously on finance that was unfortunately stolen and written off. Despite never missing a payment my finance company wouldn't refinance me. Then I was turned down by several others. As soon as I contacted Get a Better Car, Chris contacted me. Easily the most straight forward car purchase I’ve ever done. Popped in on a Saturday afternoon after seeing the car advertised on Auto Trader, realised it was viewing by appointment only - gave them a call and the sales lady came within 5 minutes - even with absolutely no notice from me. Had a test drive in the car there and then. Took the rest of the weekend to decide if I was going to buy it or not….rang Monday and agreed to buy. Picked the car up as soon as I could afterwards. Sorting out the paperwork was hassle free. Drove away in my new car perfectly happy, less than 15 minutes after arriving to collect. There was no hard-sell from the sales team. I felt absolutely no pressure from them to buy the car that Saturday afternoon after the test drive and they were more than happy to leave it at that when I said I wanted to “think about it”. Very pleased with everything. The car is absolutely perfect so far.

I recently purchased a car from Get A Better Car in Nottingham. I was very happy with how quickly and efficiently they could deal with my request. I was able to do everything over the phone/email, meaning that on collection I was only there for 10 minutes. I was late on the day and staff waited around for me to get there, which I appreciated. The car was exactly as described, very clean inside and out, had enough fuel to get me back home (20 mile away), no complaints at all. The car comes with a 6 month warranty and a few days after getting the car I needed the key replacing and a new locking wheel nut key as I couldn't locate one. Get A Better Car reimbursed me for these with no concerns, just emailed the receipts and my bank details over. Overall a very good company, I am very pleased with the car and the level of customer service I have received. 10/10.

I collected my new car this week and I’m so happy with it! I’ve had the same car for the past 9 years and always brought my cars from a friend previously but as he’s retired now I was looking for a trusted place to purchase a new one.
