Get A Better Car purchased my car from us via Motorway. They were the highest bidder. Really painless process. They were patient with us as we timed it poorly and were out of country for a week after they had won the bid, so waited for us to get back with no qualms. The check itself was really straightforward - The person who came out was an independent on their behalf, he verified our photos and checked the car (including a test drive). All done within an hour. He picked up on some damage we had missed, and the Get A Better Car understandably offered slightly less than originally quoted, but a reasonable amount less for the damage. Very pleasant and understanding to work with - even helped me with getting some documentation sorted.

My wife and I have used this company twice now.. we had a vauxhall astra from them and the service is amazing we had a few faults and they were understanding and fixed the issues without hesitation ( issues to be expected with age of the vehicle) From signing the paperwork to driving away was very seamless. Any issues were always rectified and even provided a courtesy vehicle whilst ours was repaired. Recently bought a Mercedes from them and again paperwork and application process was faultless but had an issue with the merc and they were happy to have the vehicle back to have it looked at. I'm still awaiting for the issue to be resolved but again a courtesy car was handed over with no issues, if I was to be a little fussy possible the warranty provided could be extended slightly but as stated above, they have no issues with fixing problems if they arrise. Would definitely reccomend getabettercar 5 stars to the team.
