My wife and I have used this company twice now.. we had a vauxhall astra from them and the service is amazing we had a few faults and they were understanding and fixed the issues without hesitation ( issues to be expected with age of the vehicle) From signing the paperwork to driving away was very seamless. Any issues were always rectified and even provided a courtesy vehicle whilst ours was repaired. Recently bought a Mercedes from them and again paperwork and application process was faultless but had an issue with the merc and they were happy to have the vehicle back to have it looked at. I'm still awaiting for the issue to be resolved but again a courtesy car was handed over with no issues, if I was to be a little fussy possible the warranty provided could be extended slightly but as stated above, they have no issues with fixing problems if they arrise. Would definitely reccomend getabettercar 5 stars to the team.

Easily the most straight forward car purchase I’ve ever done. Popped in on a Saturday afternoon after seeing the car advertised on Auto Trader, realised it was viewing by appointment only - gave them a call and the sales lady came within 5 minutes - even with absolutely no notice from me. Had a test drive in the car there and then. Took the rest of the weekend to decide if I was going to buy it or not….rang Monday and agreed to buy. Picked the car up as soon as I could afterwards. Sorting out the paperwork was hassle free. Drove away in my new car perfectly happy, less than 15 minutes after arriving to collect. There was no hard-sell from the sales team. I felt absolutely no pressure from them to buy the car that Saturday afternoon after the test drive and they were more than happy to leave it at that when I said I wanted to “think about it”. I recently purchased a car from Get A Better Car in Nottingham. I was very happy with how quickly and efficiently they could deal with my request. I was able to do everything over the phone/email, meaning that on collection I was only there for 10 minutes. I was late on the day and staff waited around for me to get there, which I appreciated. The car was exactly as described, very clean inside and out, had enough fuel to get me back home (20 mile away), no complaints at all. The car comes with a 6 month warranty and a few days after getting the car I needed the key replacing and a new locking wheel nut key as I couldn't locate one. Get A Better Car reimbursed me for these with no concerns, just emailed the receipts and my bank details over. Overall a very good company, I am very pleased with the car and the level of customer service I have received. 10/10.
