Bought my first ever car recently. From the start till the very end the service was immense. Easily the most straight forward car purchase I’ve ever done. Popped in on a Saturday afternoon after seeing the car advertised on Auto Trader, realised it was viewing by appointment only - gave them a call and the sales lady came within 5 minutes - even with absolutely no notice from me. Had a test drive in the car there and then. Took the rest of the weekend to decide if I was going to buy it or not….rang Monday and agreed to buy. Picked the car up as soon as I could afterwards. Sorting out the paperwork was hassle free. Drove away in my new car perfectly happy, less than 15 minutes after arriving to collect. There was no hard-sell from the sales team. I felt absolutely no pressure from them to buy the car that Saturday afternoon after the test drive and they were more than happy to leave it at that when I said I wanted to “think about it”. Very pleased with everything. The car is absolutely perfect so far.

Yes you can. You will need to find out your settlement figure (see above) and then contact a dealer to see what the car is worth. If you apply for finance with the dealer then this will allow them to calculate the figures in case of any equity or negative equity.
