Bought my first ever car recently. From the start till the very end the service was immense. They held my application until I passed my test, they were lovely when I passed and progressed this further. From the moment I signed the contract to delivery at my address in Manchester it took 1 week due to the delivery company’s availability. The car is perfect condition and everything I have ever wanted. Their communication is quick. Will be back for my next car. Thanks so much x x

What an amazing company from start to finish it was an amazing smooth transaction the staff are so friendly and helpful applied for the car on a Tuesday afternoon and picked it up Wednesday morning would have been quicker but my partner and I both had to work on the Tuesday night, from the moment we entered we were made to feel at home. if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Easily the most straight forward car purchase I’ve ever done. Popped in on a Saturday afternoon after seeing the car advertised on Auto Trader, realised it was viewing by appointment only - gave them a call and the sales lady came within 5 minutes - even with absolutely no notice from me. Had a test drive in the car there and then. Took the rest of the weekend to decide if I was going to buy it or not….rang Monday and agreed to buy. Picked the car up as soon as I could afterwards. Sorting out the paperwork was hassle free. Drove away in my new car perfectly happy, less than 15 minutes after arriving to collect. There was no hard-sell from the sales team. I felt absolutely no pressure from them to buy the car that Saturday afternoon after the test drive and they were more than happy to leave it at that when I said I wanted to “think about it”. Very pleased with everything. The car is absolutely perfect so far.

Excellent experience with this company. The sale and handover was professional and kept up to date with progress and communication was great. Both Chris and Duncan was very helpful with a repair that needed doing under warranty, understanding and dealt with very quickly, providing a courtesy car and advised to check the repair was to standard before driving away. The lenders we use complete a soft search on your credit meaning that applying has minimal or no impact on your credit score.
