Easily the most straight forward car purchase I’ve ever done. Popped in on a Saturday afternoon after seeing the car advertised on Auto Trader, realised it was viewing by appointment only - gave them a call and the sales lady came within 5 minutes - even with absolutely no notice from me. Had a test drive in the car there and then. Took the rest of the weekend to decide if I was going to buy it or not….rang Monday and agreed to buy. Picked the car up as soon as I could afterwards. Sorting out the paperwork was hassle free. Drove away in my new car perfectly happy, less than 15 minutes after arriving to collect. There was no hard-sell from the sales team. I felt absolutely no pressure from them to buy the car that Saturday afternoon after the test drive and they were more than happy to leave it at that when I said I wanted to “think about it”. Very pleased with everything. The car is absolutely perfect so far.

Yes you can. First, you will need to find out your settlement figure to establish whether you have any equity, or negative equity. Then, once you have established that, you will need to see if you can get a car finance approval that you’re happy with. If you have a good credit rating, refinance shouldn’t be a problem, but if your credit score is lower, you may need to apply for finance with a car finance specialist dealer or broker.
Most dealers that have been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority have access to Motonovo either through a broker or directly. You are best to check with the dealer that has the car you’re interested in whether they are able to deal with Motonovo. If they aren’t a Motonovo Finance Approved Dealer, they are likely to have a good credit lender that might be able to match or better the approval rate you have with Motonovo.
If you have paid half of the total repayable of your car finance agreement, you will have the right to voluntary terminate your car finance agreement leaving you with no financial liability.
