Easily the most straight forward car purchase I’ve ever done. Popped in on a Saturday afternoon after seeing the car advertised on Auto Trader, realised it was viewing by appointment only - gave them a call and the sales lady came within 5 minutes - even with absolutely no notice from me. Had a test drive in the car there and then. Took the rest of the weekend to decide if I was going to buy it or not….rang Monday and agreed to buy. Picked the car up as soon as I could afterwards. Sorting out the paperwork was hassle free. Drove away in my new car perfectly happy, less than 15 minutes after arriving to collect. There was no hard-sell from the sales team. I felt absolutely no pressure from them to buy the car that Saturday afternoon after the test drive and they were more than happy to leave it at that when I said I wanted to “think about it”. Very pleased with everything. The car is absolutely perfect so far.
