Below are the details of the 6 month/6,000 mile warranty we offer as standard on all cars.

Exclusions

The following items are inspected during the MOT check our garage complete for us and are not covered by our warranty;

WEAR AND TEAR ITEMS

Battery
Brake pads & discs
Bushes
Clutch & flywheel
Coil springs
Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)
Exhaust

We also do not cover serviceable items such as;

SERVICEABLE ITEMS

Start Stop
Coil pack
Filters
Glow plugs
Spark plugs
Timing belt

Most of the above issues are usually caused by inactivity, if the car is not started and driven regularly, parts that are designed to wear out tend to wear out much quicker.

To Make A Claim

In order to claim, just follow these steps;

1. Take your car to an independent VAT registered garage (Main dealers and franchises such as Halfords, Mr Tyre, Kwik Fit etc are excluded garage types)
2. Get the garage to call us on 01157365900 with their diagnosis
3. We will deal with the repairing garage directly to resolve the issue
